Refund and Returns Policy

The ability to cancel and receive a refund depends on the type of product you have purchased from us:

Physical Products

  • You may cancel your purchase of a physical product and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been shipped to you.
  • If you have already received the products and wish to return them, they must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • The sender is responsible for covering the non-refundable shipping costs for returning their item and is advised to use a trackable shipping service.
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Digital Products

  • You may cancel a digital product purchase and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not started downloading or streaming it.
  • Digital products that have been started downloading or streaming are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.

Professional Services

You may cancel a purchase of professional services within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that the service has not been fully provided. The refund may be prorated based on usage, resulting in two transactions in your account history: a refund of the original payment and a debit for the service charge corresponding to the period of service provided.
