PDU was founded by three veterans of the US Pennsylvania Army National Guard, each of whom earned their Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in Newton Square, Pennsylvania. Drawing from their hands-on experience with the 2000 PMBOK® Guide 2nd Edition, they saw a need for structured, practical education that not only prepares candidates for PMP certification but also enhances their ability to apply project management principles effectively in real-world scenarios.
